It’s got that proper thick spoonable texture, and knowing the eggs are British free-range is a nice bonus for the price. The texture is thick and creamy, just how I like my mayo, and the avocado oil gives it a subtle richness without any greasy aftertaste. I've been using it in my egg salad every week and it's honestly the best I've had. I wasn’t expecting the avocado oil to make such a difference, but it’s noticeably lighter than my usual mayo without losing any of that classic tang. The British free-range eggs give it a real richness that’s perfect for a simple sandwich.
