Swapped my usual spread for this one and the avocado oil makes it taste noticeably cleaner, not heavy at all. It’s got that proper thick spoonable texture, and knowing the eggs are British free-range is a nice bonus for the price.
The texture is thick and creamy, just how I like my mayo, and the avocado oil gives it a subtle richness without any greasy aftertaste. I've been using it in my egg salad every week and it's honestly the best I've had.
